This hotel exceeded my expectations! the staff exhibited such kindness. They upgraded our room to the beautiful double or twin room. the cleanliness was perfect. the location was central and provided easy access to all attractions.
The air conditioning system did not allow for personal adjustments. I needed to request changes through the front desk.

I could not regulate the air conditioning in the room. I needed to call the front desk, but adjustments were not effective.

I found the location to be excellent. It was very close to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the upgrade to a larger room . The extra space was great.
I noticed the hot food at breakfast was sometimes only lukewarm , it could have been hotter.

the air conditioning system was quite disappointing i was unable to adjust it myself i had to call the front desk each time i wanted a change those adjustments never seemed to work this made the room temperature uncomfortable at times
